Banished by man, from civilised land
For he had done wrong and was forced to disband.

Into the hills of Trollveggen he climbed.

High in the mountains, his tired legs give way
He gasps his last breath as the night steals the day
In a broken down slump, he caught glimpse of a shadow
The creatures emerged and took him to their hollow

He awoke bound in chains, in a dark icy cave.
By the order of Troll-wall, he was now enslaved

The creatures did see that his tale was the same
For they had been exiled and shared in his pain

I never cared about symphonic metal at all. I do very much care about folk as well as progressive metal, and so I couldn't resist after reading the third exceptional AMG review for Wilderun in a row. 'Sleep...' has been on my radar for quite some time, being graced by one of the most beckoning cover arts I have ever seen. The band more than lives up to its reputation, composing great musical pieces from start to finish. I absolutely love the multitude of influences being put together here. David Fischer

This is Nekrogoblikon's Magnum Opus. Every single dogmanned track is fantastic. From open to close this album is amazing. I've been following this band for years and own everything they've ever released on actual-CDs but re-bought it all on bandcamp to both just support the band as well as tell all you heathens out there how fantastic they are.
